- Chia seeds 1tbsp
- Flax seeds 3tbsp
- Sunflower seeds 3tbsp
- Maca powder 1tsp
- Coconut oil 2tsp
- Pineapple 1/2 can
- Greek yogurt 3tbsp
- Rice milk to volume/texture preference
- Banana 1
- Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
- Whey protein 1 scoop
- Ice
